After being raised in Iowa, I relocated to New Mexico in 1982 and lived in the Albuquerque area between 1982 and 2006. I attended both Iowa State University and the University of New Mexico, where I pursued studies in engineering and business.
After working in engineering, contract management, and customer service positions in the electronic and technology manufacturing industries in Albuquerque for many years, I changed career paths in 2004 and started investing in residential real estate. I continued on in the real estate industry to obtain my New Mexico Real Estate Broker's License.
In 2006, my wife and I relocated to my wife's childhood hometown community of Taos, NM, and we currently live in Ranchos de Taos on the south side of Taos.
With many years of employment in contract administration and customer service functions, I bring both the technical skills and customer service focus critical to the successful completion of your real estate transaction.
